All Bewood products are made in Poland. The wooden cases are produced in a workshop located near Warsaw. Each Bewood wooden case is unique. It is made from carefully selected wood sourced in Poland, as well as from the farthest corners of the world.

Aniegre
Aniegre is an East African hardwood. The wood of this species is very hard. Trees can grow up to 55 meters tall. Typical trunk diameters range from 90 to 120 centimeters. Aniegre has medium textures with closed pores, similar to the grain of maple. Interesting, twisted, or speckled patterns often occur on it. The wood is yellow-brown in color, sometimes with a pink hue. It is said that aniegre has a scent similar to cedar. Aniegre is often used for making furniture and for boat building. Aniegre is most commonly found in tropical East Africa, mainly in Cameroon, but also in Angola, Congo, and Ethiopia.
